So you’ve found “the one” and you’re now ready to make an offer! 05 Conduct a Property Inspection
Once your offer is selected, you can choose but are not required to conduct an inspection. We have a strong network of licensed inspectors, who our past clients have happily used. Many times, you will not see issues with the home on your first walkthrough. A home inspection is a powerful negotiation tool and the best assurance you can get on a property. If issues arise, we’ll work closely with you to develop a strategy that will have the seller fix the issues, provide a closing contribution, or even lower the purchase price.
